Coaching the snatch


The step-by-step approach to coaching the power snatch or full squat snatch allows the S&C provides a clear progressive coaching approach to these lifts. Players and coaches time and the physical limitations of the player may limit the pursuit of attaining a full clean and or snatch lift.
