Coaching the snatch

Step 7 - Lowering to the floor

From a bar position just below the knees, the player bends at the knees to lower the bar to the floor.

Please observe the attached video demonstrating the player lowering the bar to the floor.

Having completed the movement from top down to the floor, the player then progresses to lifting from the floor.
