Additional game-related conditioning drills

Accelerate-jog drill

In this drill, the player sprints 10 metres from A to B, and then jogs to F. The player then sprints 20 metres from F to D and then jogs to A. He/she then sprints 30 metres from A to D and jogs to F. The player then sprints 40 metres from F to B and then jogs to A. Finally, the player sprints 50 metres from A to F and then jogs to A. The distances between the cones are 10 metres.
