Additional game-related conditioning drills

Overview

In this section, we outline three drills which can be incorporated into the multi-sprint/activity unit or completed during the later stages of a pre-practice or pre-match warm-up. They may also be used as stand-alone conditioning drills.

We then progress to three conditioned game examples. The emphasis here is to modify the basic game structure and impose conditions that allow continuous game-play.
