Key factors:

  • Standing approximately 30cm from the wall with arms raised (holding a ball).
  • Adjust feet position to allow deep squat (toes slightly rotated outwards and feet slightly wider than shoulder width).
  • Descend into deep squat. Maintain an upright torso and neutral low back throughout the exercise.
