Getting set up

The feet

The player is instructed to stand with feet parallel and at a comfortable distance between them, roughly between hip and shoulder width apart. The coach should note and then correct any player whose feet are turned outwards or inwards - no matter how slightly they are thus turned. Always return to this position for the start of the next repetition.
